16th Bermondsey Scout Group

Every single member of our troop, 21 scouts and 5 leaders enjoyed a meal of pizza and fries, with melon starter and ‘afters’ , quiz, films and a present ‘draw’ last night. Thanks to the Pls and Jade for organising it and to Giles and Jon for cooking.

Joseph Ewing finally managed to organise a meal for all the 16th Young Leaders, something we have all ben promising to do for ages. Over recent weeks 7 more of our teenagers have been on a YL training course with Eddie and Jane Abraham and 11 of us sat down together for a Chineese meal at the Rainbow in Rotherhithe. We are really blessed by such a lot of dedicated Young Leaders helping run Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, and helping in 3 other groups.
