We camped twice this month, both times at our district site at Westerham. The first was at the District Scout camp and the second was in support of the District cub camp. At the end of the Cub camp Eddie challenged the 6 scouts to build an ‘indian travellon’, ,load all of their kit onto it , drag the sledge down into the forest , build a shelter and sleep there the night. Needless to say, it rained all night a they got wet, but there were no complaints, infact they thiught it was great adventure!
